This sesame ginger peanut sauce is thick, creamy, and oh so flavorful! You can use this versatile sauce as a topping for sweet potatoes- my favorite, or as a dip for vegetables and spring rolls. Make it in less than 10 minutes!
The recipe that I’m sharing today is one of my favorites! I originally came up with this recipe as a dip for spring rolls, but now I use it as a dip or spread for many other things- want to EAT MORE VEGETABLES? Keep this on hand! I love to keep this in the fridge with raw vegetables to dip. Who doesn’t love to dip?
I usually have all of the ingredients to make this on hand- my husband calls me the condiment queen! I have an Asian condiment section in my refrigerator that is always well stocked!
My favorite is the toasted sesame oil– if you don’t have toasted you can use regular. Also, I use light soy sauce and rice vinegar, although regular will work as well.
Sesame Ginger Peanut Sauce is so EASY to make- just put all of your ingredients in a big bowl and mix well with a whisk.
You can eat right away, but it’s even better the next day. This dip will last about a week in the refrigerator, but it never last that long in my house!
